water wont drain on Hotpoint Aquarius WF220?

Hi, Can any one help me fix my Hotpoint Aquarius WF220 wahing machine? The water will not drain out after washing.

Try to drain machine by running the outlet pipe into a bucket.
Check the filter unit for blockages.
Disconnect pump from sump hose and check for obstruction in either item.
