it sounds like your lock has jammed,does the handle push down to open position or is it stuck in locked position,if its stuck in locked position your lock has broke and wont release the hook/dead bolts or rollers whichever is on your lock,you will need a upvc repair engineer or locksmith in your area(dont use a big company as they will charge you loads)who works on upvc doors to open for you and replace lock.I charge around £100 to open and for new lock depending on what lock it is,so dont get ripped off.If its not stuck in locked position e-mail me from my website and I'll get back to you
