Is there a plastic weld of any kind that would fix a tear in plastic drum?

I havea whirlpool and it looks as though a 50p coin has caused a tear in plastic drum. Is there any good stuff that can be bought to glue it together

to effect a proper repair, best to carry out repair from inside the drum, which would involve seperating the drum into two parts.

No shortage of repair kits available in DIY outlets or motor factors.
Glass fibre is one option - i.e. fibre glass mat or tissue with resin & hardener.
Other types like "Plastic Padding" consist of a resin and hardener. Check instructions on product for suitability relative to proposed application and precautions, Health & safety information etc before use!
