How do i unlock a Philips TV?

I have been given a Philips TV (Model number 25PT4456/05), but when i turned it on it says LOCKED on the screen. Is there any way i can unlock it? I don't have the remote either, but I may be able to find it if i need it!

Ditto, but my models the 28 PW6515, the manual saids that only the remote can unlock it which is the stupidest thing ever.
