Why, in a whole seven and a half YEARS, has no-one (Coroma itself included!) posted any answer to this question??? It is exactly the problem which I now face!

By replacing the seating washer at the bottom of the cistern, i have removed the assembly but i cannot find how to remove the washer from the assembly, can anyone help???
