how to retune my sagem DV3 FREEVEIW TOP BOX?

I cannot find anywhere where I can retune my set top box? Has anyone any idea? Occasioanally it gives me the chance to retune it,which I have just accepted and Citv has disappeared, kids are not happy!

If you are losing channels it suggests that you have an aerial problem. Check all the connectors.

Ditch it and get a Freeview hard disk PVR. I've got a Digifusion FVRT150 - they're £50 now!
