I have the same problem, realize I have to bleed the boiler ... but how. The manual tells you to bleed it, but doesn't say how.

I am having similar problems, I did bleed mine but the lockout persists and the time to lockoct reduces if I repeat the reset process. I cleaned the boiler chamber and baffles but no change. I have read about photocells and flame quality but not found my cell yet & nervous about firing with cover off & baffles out (BOOM?)

Your need to bleed the pump as there is air between the tank and the burner.
