Startup laptop and keep pressing F8 until you get Windows Advanced Options and then choose safe mode using arrow keys. If it loads up with administrator, then try that way cos sometimes it dont have a password set. If this doesnt work, you can get hold of a program called Active Password Changer which will assist in removing the password without having to recover your machine. Hope it helps
