my under the counter microwave stopped working but the fan and the light still work and half the buttons on the touch pad but whe you push the start button nothing happens?? hope you can help out .Thanks

We have the same problem with our over the range kenmore microwave. We just got the microwave to work by pushing the door in and pulling down lightly. We think the problem is in the positioning of the door. I will keep you posted when the problem is fixed. We are on the same page and my question is "fix my microwave"
