First take the pipe off and rub a few drops of washing up liquid on the seal and try again,if that doesn't work swap the hoses over again with wash liquid on it,if it still leaks then it is not the hose but the connector that it screws into that is split,sometimes they are tightened to tight and it breaks the plastic threaded part,you need the wash liquid on so the rubber can slip around and not "buntch up " inside the fastening,don't over tighten it.
