How can I set the time on Seiko World clock ?

It has "ref. QQZ885A" on a sticker on the bottom of the clock.
It is gold colored metal square with a round clock inside. It has a gold round metal band around the face with names of cities around the world. It has a black and white face with numbers to depict day and night. It has a second hand with an airplane attached at the end. It has an hour and minute hand. I didn't purchase it. It was given to me with no instructions. It seems to run properly. It is quartz made in Japan. It has two dials to use to set. One turns the dial with the names of cities the other turns the hour and minute hand. It has the name inside of Seikosha Co. Ltd. Runs on 1 AA battery.

Just got one of these as a gift. If you open up the back panel (like you were going to change the battery), there is a small, short, white plastic knob. I couldn't twist it with my fingers, but used a small pair of pliers to twist the knob. This will move the hands on the clock.
