How can i fix electric fire??

I have a Bemodern 'Detroit@ electric fire, that recently stopped working. The bulb blew, which was replaced, and the fuse also replaced. However the fire still does not work. All electrics in the house are ok. Does anyone know a quick fix remedy for this???
