my dishwasher wont fill with water?

i have a tricity bendix dh085 slim line dishwasher the water feed is connected and turned on but will not feed the machine. Every thing else seems to be working.

inlet valve has a lockout built into it.you need to remove thin tube that goes to valve and blow down it to reset
