MY BAXI BOILER IS NOT HEATING THE WATER IN THE CYCLINDER THE PILOT IS LIT AND I PUT THE THERMOSTAT FOR THE RADIATORS IS ON FULL. THE TIMER IS ON FOR THE WHOLE SYSTEM ASWELL, BUT THERE IS NOTHING HAPPENING. I'VE CHECK THE TEMPERATURE SETTING ON THE CYCLINDER AND IT IS SET ON 60 DEGREES ALSO THE TEMPERATURE IS SET ON 3 ON THE BOILER ITS SELF. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP
I have the same problem where did you get your spare valve?

Cheers Steve, you are correct the gas valve is broke, new one fitted working great thanks very much.

you need to prove that you are getting 240v mains to the boiler when the programmer is switched on . If there is a good 240v there then your gas valve has gone.

No its not a fully pumped system , its gravity fed. The pilot light is burning all the time, when you turn the heating on the pump runs, so the pump is pumping the cold water through the radiators thanks Steve for your reply .

Is it a fully pumped system ? if so does the pump run . Does the main burner in the boiler ignite ? Does anything happen if you turn the heating on instead of just the water ?
