I purchased a Syvania superset many years ago and after all these years the audio output is no longer working, the picture is perfect, but I can't hear anything. I don't want to get rid of it because of sentimental reasons, but I would appreciate any help with my problem.

I have the same issue with a similar Syvania model. Mine will still work as long as the VCR is pluggen in and turned on. Must be a tuner issue.
