i got an mp4 player and it looks like one of the new small wide screen ipod nano and this morning i turned it on and had a little hour glass and that means wait and i waited and waited but all it showd the little hour glass and i keep turning off and on and still little hour glass. HOW CAN I FIX IT??????????

Hey, you need an adaptor for your computer to charge and update your MP4 with the latest programs. Or maybe an error is running with the cirucuitry and it has a small glitch with your screen. Either way if it doesn't work after this you should see a technician or a specialist in iPods. Also you may get it replaced if you have a warranty on your MP4 from whichever shop you bought it from, if from someone else ask them for the receipt and the shop. If no help then I reccomend to buy another one because your emblem in your screen is messed up. No problem :)
