you probably hit the mute button by accident. some keyboards have volume control on them. if yours has, the mute button will have a picture that looks something like a megaphone (loudspeaker) with either a circle around it or a line thru it. press this again whilst speaker in use. if this doesn't help go to your pc help menu and type in troubleshooting.it should bring up a list of topics. look for sound, speech and audio option. it should then be follow your nose.
