How can I unclog my Scunci steam cleaner?

My scunci steamer apparently is clogged and the steam won't come out. I tried using CLR to unclog it, but this did not work. Do you have any suggestions as to what could be done to fix this problem?

I found that by taking a long needle type or metal skuer, that by continually cleaning the hole that the steam comes out of , eventually it began to work. I also put a combination of water and vinegar in it. Eventually it began to work again after clumps came out of it.

Try using Formic Acid, smells a little but removes scale wonderfully.
