Ravenheat Boiler 820/20?

I have a Ravenheat 820/20 boiler. The pilot light has gone out and I have tried re-lighting it with no joy. The neon on switch is not lighting either which makes me think that the whole boiler is switched off. Could anybody tell me what the problem is. I've looked on Ravenheat website and it only has the manuals for the newest models of boilers.

my ravenheat has stopped too, the water heats up as normal when i turn on the hot taps but the radiators are coooollddd, the re-set switch (ignition) seems dead as well :-(

Before you go ordering a new pcb check that you have 240v going into the boiler if you dont check the 3amp fuse at the fuse spur or get in a sparky. Once you know you have 240v there check any small amp fuse's on the pcb (make sure you turn the electrics off before touching it) If the fuse on the boards ok chances are it is the pcb. Have a look for any dry joints or burnt marks. If you want my advice mate I'd look at changing the boiler the ravenheat boiler parts can be pricey and there not the most reliable boiler around. However thats you decision mate good luck.

Can you let me know the part number that is on the main PCB, it sounds like a fault on the PCB, we can probably mend it.

Thanks
