Potterton Suprima 60 - replacement PCB Kit?

I had my Potterton Suprima 60 pcb replaced with the PCB Kit No. 5111603 18 months ago. The boiler pilot light ignites and stays on for about 1 minute then cuts out with green flashing light.
Any suggestions Please

flashing green light means the boiler recognises a call for heat. the boiler knows your controls are demanding. because its on a minute it shouldnt be any flame recognition so i would guess towards boiler stat. boiler thinks it reached temp so could be stat, stuck pump or something stopping the boiler cos its reached temp. hard to say when you aint there but the suprima is a funny boiler.

does it look like it is still sparking when the pilot is alight?
it could be a damaged ignition lead so it thinks the boiler is not alight
