My Vizion 2Gb MP4 dosn't seem to charge?

I had my Vizion 2Gb MP4 on charge via usb cable to my laptop for hours. I played 4 tracks and the battery run out. I have had it on charge all day and the battery (blue segment) only shows a tiny bit charged. Shall I send it back to Price Drop TV?? or am I doing something wrong ie keeping the mp4 player switched on when charging (as the instruction tell me). I'm fed up with already!!!

I cant get movies to play or download onto my Vizion Mp4 player which I got from Bid up TV. I am so frustrated with it - and the stupid manual I am going to jump on it. If anyone has any ideas what I need to do can they post something on this site. Cheers.

I did eventually get the battery fully charged but it still only lasted a short time, now I can't add more files as it tells me there is an unexpected error, with a number beginning 000 something. I am going to try re-formatting it then use it as a data storage if the reformat works. Going to invest in an I-pod I think and spend the money...thanks for the help.

you are supposed to leave your laptop or whatever you connect it to ON not on standby when you charge

Hi Jan, No I dont think you are doing anything wrong as I also have a Vizion Mp4 player purchased from the same place and have the same trouble, the instruction manual is very vague in the extreme. I have left it on charge for 14 hours to get a full battery display and only get a maximum of 4 hours playback, it was advertised as an 8 hour playback time on price drop tv, I too am seriously fed up with it and thinking of sending it back and getting something I can charge by mains electric.
