having trouble with the spin cycle, it comes up with an error code on the display screen, and will not spin again, as all of the clothes are over one side. The machine has been leveled continually, but it still a prob. Now I am having trouble with the water not draining out! everytime this happens, it goes back to a wash mode, or straight back to the beginning of the cycle again i'm about to throw it outta the house and buy a new NON Mistral washing machine. PLEASE HELP..I have 3 young children who are getting really sick of hearing Mum shouting at a washing machine arrggghhh!

this is happening to me i pulled of the top consule at top of m/c to find the spring had rusted out and a part had broken of hope this helps top left hand corner under concule

We have the same washing machine and had the same problem, we just had it serviced and the problem is now fixed. At the bottom of the washing machine on the right side towards the front there is a knob. Apparantly all he did was tighten this knob which is something to do with the balance of the bowl. It was only last week, but it's worked perfectly since. Hope this helps...

Sorry I can't tell you why this is happening, but we just got exactly the same washing machine model, and it is doing exactly the same thing for us! So I'd say it's a common problem with the model...
