When I try to send a multiple page fax out, it grabs all of the pieces of paper, not just one at a time. I have tried cleaning the rollers and using canned air to clean it out. If the rollers need to be replaced, does anyone know if/where I can purchase them?

Open the top cover by pressing the two bottom tabs toward the center. After it partially lifts there is another black tab toward the rear right. You may need a screwdriver to push this tab in and release the top. In the center there is a feed control made of 1 flexible plastic piece and two thin metal components. The metal components should overlap, if they do not, flex the center of the rear component so it catches the front metal component. This should correct the problem. You can now replace the top section.
