Bought at Aldi: Delta Coffee Maker Model no. CM668?

I have broken the glass carafe. I have tried the help line suggested and they have said that they cannot help...just try a local ironmonger. Does anyone know where to get replacement parts?

I have a problem with a Delta Food Processor. Just phoned 0871 3761 020 and they were very helpful. Sending me a letter with instructions for returning it for repair.

I have a different coffee machine from Aldi's (electric filter) - found the glass carafe broken and knew I wouldn't be able to get a replacement carafe. This morning I placed the filter unit on top of a smaller glass measuring jug and it works except I get less coffee because the jug is smaller and the jug has thick glass meaning the coffee cools down more quickly. But I can still use it so I am very pleased - incredible value when the original unit only cost $8.
