I replaced the bulbs and still noting i moved the interior swith back and fourth and still noting do you think the sensor is shot or could a switch on the sensor been moved buy a animal like a squirrell.
One other consideration to ponder, the sensors (PIRs or Photocells) are prone to failure if exposed to direct or reflected sunlight.
They just stop working.
If this is not an expensive luminaire, I would suggest replacement.

Sensor floods are notoriously unreliable unless you buy a more expensive one.
Also if its a Halogen one I have had plenty were it WAS only the bulb but the new one hasnt been put in properly.
If so its usually that only one end is actually sitting on the contact...the other is on the insulation.
