when i click off start menu or right click then a jingle comes on ?

please help its like an old country folk ditty when i click off start menu or sometimes when i right click and when the pc starts to boot up

Try this goto Control Panel click on Sounds and check what actions are associated with what sounds. You might have it set so that when you right click it will make a sound. if you scoll down on sound you can pick None
