how can i fix my mikomi digital headset?

i have a mikomi hs-819usb headset, and when i use it with my webcam i have great difficulty hearing the other persons voice.

Take is back to Argos for a refund. Receipts should no be an issue because Mikomi is an Argos Own Brand and so you must have bought it from them.
