my boiler is not sending hot water to taps and radiators the pressure guage is below zero bars, I have had problem before and resolved it by turning black lever to horizontal postional and pressure went up anh hot water resumed does not seem to be working that way this time round,any ideas?

you must alwaya keepthe pressurebetween one and one and a half.i check mine monthly.
it ssounds like you have left it too longwith the pressure too low.Switch whole system off atthe mains then restart,ensuring to reignite the pilot and ensure pressure is within limits.This usualy resolves my boier.
