I switch it on and try and go and it beeps at me and want move. Iv tryed turning speed down ect as I know that can do it. But still want do any thing iv checked wires and discounted batters and recounted them again and it still going it. And help please.

Is there a make and model?

Clearly there's an electric motor that makes it move
Do you hear the motor operating?
How does the motor transfer its drive to the wheels?
Is there a belt or a chain?
