i have lost all my channles on my dbox and when i try and change the channle it just says no channles found i have tried to rescan it but have had no sucsess can anyone please help. it is a sagem dbox but a got told that it,s a nokia harddrive in it

These boxes,come in 2 flavours...x1 intel chip..and x2.nokia dbox is always x2..but sagem can be either.youlle have to look thru the top vents to detrermine how many chips your sagem as...this is imporetant as the image that it needs also come in 2 flavours..x1 or x2...choose the wrong one..and youlle kien system the box..which roughly translated...means wrong image...youlle need a up to date image..fior this box to work..come here for further advice.. www.cable-closet.com

Try a new question with what kind of box it is for exapmple is a Freeview box or cable of what?
BTW the brand of hard drive is irrelevant and Nokia do not make hard drives anyway.
