I was on the computer taking off songs from my mp3 player and after I took off my songs My drive picture said that i still had stuff on it but i didn't So I got mad at it and started to bang on it so now the screen is shattered a little and I can't find anywhere where you can fix them.

I have no clue what model it is all i know its an Digital MP3 player.

hi its not locked. had same problem. on/off switch is actually a lock, although it wont tell you this in manual. turn switch to off and then press play. it should come on
