Starting Kick/pull back?

Hello,
My 041AV is giving me a problem. When I try to start it, it pulls the pull cord handle out of my had. It's either firing at the wrong time or something else. Is there a valve in the saw that reduces the pressure when you pull the cord, and when the piston gets to the top of the cycle. It pulls free with the spark plug out.
I was also trying to find a parts list and picture for this saw. But, I have not found any listed anywhere. Thanks,

If there is compression release on it it will be in front of the spark plug. Push it down to release compression. If it doesn't have one then pull out the spark plug and shine a light in the hole and look around for carbon build up on top of the piston that would be hitting the top of the cylinder. This will cause to much compression and cause the kick back. If you find a lot of carbon build up on the piston then you need to get some Stihl de-carbonizer and use it as directed. If the saw doesn't run good when you start(before all of this) it then you might have a sheared or partially sheared key on the flywheel side.
