l lost the programs on computer throgh destrotive installation,but l been sent a new programs on the CD, how can l install them on my system.

Too often they forget to tell you how to load them. If they are your operating systems, just place the disk in your CD drive and reboot your computer. It should boot from the disk and then just follow the screen directions. If you are talking about a program disk - place the disk in your CD drive and wait until it has a chance to read it. If it doesn't start automatically go to "START" "RUN" "BROWSE" and point to your CD drive with the program disk in it. You should see a file SETUP.exe or INSTALL.exe double click on that and click OK in the run window. Hope this helps.
