how do i get the beading from round a double glazed window?

i've just bought a double glazed window unit off ebay, i want to fit it but how do i get the beading out without breaking the glass?

The beading can be prised away very carefully using a sharp chisel - a bit at a time, taking great care not to damage it. Try starting in the middle of the bead - once you get one bit out, the rest are easy enough.
