Potterton Prima F, heating but no hot water?

The hot water was working fine, my wife went to run a bath for my son later that day and found we had no hot water.

The C/H works fine.

Any help would be great.

Thanks.

this could probably be a problem with your actuator which is usually located in your airing cupboard etc.

Sorry, Plan?

motorised valve fault???. do you know what plan system you have? if CH working, thats everything working on boiler. so it suggests either programmer, valve or cyl stat but like i say depends on system/control.
