Hot water button?

The button on the top of the Worcester 24i combi boiler pops up for no apparent reason and cuts of the heating to the water. It is obviously some sort of safety device. What do we need to do to stop it happening.

this is the over heat thermostate first thing to check is system make sure not to low if ok will be one of thee thermostates require replacing
