Please can someone help? I have an AEG 16810 Washer/Drier which does not work at all. Here's what happens: When any program is selected and you press the start button, the unit begins it's drain cycle but shuts off after only a couple of seconds. Nothing else happens and no error codes are displayed. I have cleaned the removable filter (not that it needed cleaning as it was more or less clear anyway). I have checked that the hose is not blocked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Paul.

is the machine getting water in? maybe small filter between inlet pipe and pump is dirty,make sure the valve on the water pipe is letting water thru.
