HELP
I FIND IT VERY HARD TO SEE MY SCREEN IN THE DAY AS THE SCREEN IS VERY DULL I HAVE TRIED THE FN KEY AND UP BUT THIS DOES NOT WORK! DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO BRIGTHEN A PACKARD BELL EASY NOTE SCREEN?

My screen brightens by pressing bthe Fn/Home keys and darkens when pressing the Fn/End keys...

You have a problem with: The backlight, or the inverter that drives it or the connectors between the two. If it is the latter and you have any PC repair skills it is a DIY proposition otherwise go to a computer repairer. (In the UK Packard-Bell's only agent is DSG - Currys/PC World.)
