Potterton Netaheat Mik II 10-16 boiler not working, fan won't come on - could prob be the fan or something else? How do I check please - grateful for all help - boiler 20 yrs old

Most likely to be the fan that has failed....parts for this boiler are now STUPIDLY expensive....i'd think about replacing it if it was mine....
