my boiler keeps cutting out the pilot light comes on but when it tries to light it goes off i can hear a clicking noise each time it goes off it keeps trying to relight but the same thing happens

You didnt say which model and how old it was. First thing on any ravenheat to rule out is the CH sensor. After that models with pilots on the sometimes get a blocked pilot jet which is a corgi job really. Ring Ravenheat on 0113 252 7007 and they will recommend an engineer like myself who has been on their training course.
