My radiators are hot on commissioning but hot water is not working . When the hot water tap is turned on, the boiler does not respond.Boiler is Saunier duval 35e
i had same problem it was my pump they are easy to fit

I have the same problem and asking around it seems that it could either be the pump or a valve - either way unfortunately it looks like a job for a plumber!
