How can I remove moisture from a inside pane of an UPVC window?

One of my UPVC double glazed windows has condensed liquid (moisture?). Is it a specialised job or can be done DIY? Please help.

you will need to change your double glazed unit as you cant repair a failed unit,you will need to either change unit yourself by taking beds out and mesuring unit hieght,width and thickness then order new one and replace,not easy job or phone a few double glazing repairers or glaziers and get a few quotes and go for best price
