I'm scratching my head on this one.

I go to Start/ALL programs/accessories/system information and get a message
as follows:

Can't Collect Information

Access Denied to Windows Management Instrumentation Service on this
computer. Have an Administrator change your access permissions.

This just started happening recently. Have tried the same thing in SAFE
mode under Administrator.....with no difference.

Try to make another account with admin and use that. That's about all I can do, sorry for the short answer
