my combi boiler is vockera excell sp80. when my heating is turned off and i run a bath or a sink hot water tap my central heating also heats up why and what can i do to stop this and are there still spares for this boiler ? thank you dave

you will have to buy a sevice kit for the boiler your problem is there is whats called a bobbin which moves to the hw position stopping the water passing down the heating pipes this is faulty and needs replaced get a qualified engineer to change this the service kit will cost roughly £15 and your labour charge will be approx £30-£50 hope this helps
