How can I fix my cassette Player/Recorder? It is a Hamilton electronics Schoolmate Cassette Recorder. It squeaks when playing and recording it has lots of annoying squeaky noise. Its model no is HA-661-8 or MPC-702AV8

try cleaning the tape head with methelated spirit,using a cotton bud or similar..if it comes out dirty thats prob. the problem
