keep getting the tv channel info in the right hand corner?

i have a sony trinitron model no:kv32fx2ou that keeps coming up every other minute with the channel info and nicam writting in green and it wont go away. i also think that i dont have the original remote. cheers tom james

My remote has a green ? on it - the number 10 button above the red teletext one. remote RM-932

press twice - does the trick for me

look for a button on remote with a tv and a cross on the right hand side on it.press twice and problem should disappear.
