E46 CD INTERCHANGER SHOWS NO DISCS?

I HAVE A 2002 BMW 320, THE CD CHANGER HAS CDs IN, BUT THE DISPLAY SHOWS NO DISCS, ANY IDEAS.
THERE IS POWER TO THE CHANGER

Your CD changer shows NO DISCS
My friends car had the same problem. I fixed it in about 1.1/2 hour.
The Problem is in the Unit itself.The CD pick up motor has jammed, I am afraid you will have to remove the Unit from the car and free the motor. It involves a bit of work and some time but it will be worth the while. cheers. Happy listening. PC
