i have a pink creative zen stone mp3 player?

i went too plug it into the usb cord but now a green light is on and that usually means its on but there isnt no music playing and it wont go off.what do i do??

does anyone actually answer these questions? I cant find any answers! my prob is similar to Bazickles in that my zen stone seems to be working but I cant hear music. Anyone got any advice?

ya the green power will turn on on my one but then when I let go of the play button it turns off again....I think your problem is connected to my one......Damn you zen!!!!!!

If someone would post an empty disk binary of a working Zen Stone, that would help. In linux that would be done using the dd utility to copy the disk image to a raw file, which could then be uploaded.

I have the same issue. My Zen Stone is in this exact condition after I reformatted it. The reason I reformatted it was that I had removed without unmounting and thereby screwed up the filesystem. It has some issue with a bad superblock so I had to mount using the -o loop option. I'm guessing that the bad superblock is the source of the problem but unfortunately fsck believes all is peachy keen and has nothing to say on the matter.

Btw. mine is green, but the color is completely irrelevant. I can tell you that much. ;)

I have the same problem.I am looking on google for solution.Try to poke a paper clip in the reset button just to save the battery.Good luck!
