How to restart my ideal He 24?

my boiler has switched its self off and wont restart (after strong winds) their is also a small water leak from a smal vaulve boiler is 15 months old . their is no light now on boiler

Low pressure? Presure gauge at 1 to 1 & half ?
all radiators vented?
Gas supply on ?
Electric`s on ?
Get presure upto 1 to 1 half.
vent all rads.
Keep presure on boiler at 1 to 1 and half....
Turn on....Room stat turned on ?
Room stat at 21 d.

Look for water in the PC Board.....dry out .......water connects with eletric. seen water blow through flue. dry with hair dryer for over an hour..........?

sounds like water may have blown the pcb, not sure what warranty is on Ideal, some are 24 months, ring and find out...

if the leak is internal to the boiler, and its still under warranty, they will send someon out, if not get the istaller back to take a look
