im having problems with my internet dropping out every few minutes,it never used to be this bad but its going all the time now. ive got a zoom adsl router which is connected to a pc which is on vista but i have to laptops in the house on xp which are wireless which drops out and when i plug them in to the router they still drop out. so all 3 keep dropping out.

Try setting it up again - when I had this problem I went back to the original PC (the one without a problem) and backed up the settings for the router. Anything is worth a try

Your router is not setup correctly - does it have a sleep facility or a 'always on' function


thank you for getting back. the router is always on it has no sleep facility. should i try installing it all again.
